Website visits and external services

The website has no enquiry form, customer account or payment form. The hosting server may record technical information such as an IP address, requested page, time and browser information for operation and security.

With your consent, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity process information about website visits and interactions so we can measure traffic and improve usability. WhatsApp opens an external chat. Messages and photos you send there are handled through WhatsApp as well as by Sofa Clean. Google and Facebook links open external services, whose privacy policies apply to your use of them. The Facebook review displayed here is stored with the website.

Google Maps reviews

When configured, our server requests review fields from Google Places on an hourly schedule and stores review records by their Google review ID so page visitors do not make Google API requests. The aggregate rating, review count and Google links are refreshed in a separate metadata cache, which expires after 30 days.

Author names, profile links, profile images, ratings and review text are supplied by Google Maps. Review and author links open Google Maps. Use of this content is subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

TikTok videos

Video thumbnails are served with this website. Selecting a video opens its page on TikTok, where TikTok’s privacy policy applies. This website does not load an embedded TikTok player.

Access, sharing and retention
